“Our time in Corsica was truly transformative,” explained Chef Antoine Leclerc, co-founder of OfCorsica!. “The island’s culinary traditions, its emphasis on fresh, local ingredients, and the warmth of its people inspired us to bring a piece of that magic to New York. We want to showcase the authentic flavors of Corsica, from the wild boar stew to the sheep’s milk cheeses, paired with an extensive selection of Corsican wines.
