Massive bison does ‘happy dance’ to welcome spring
A bison was caught on video celebrating the first day of spring on Wednesday with a ‘happy dance’ at the North Carolina Zoo. The 800-pound bison, names Calf, is one of four American Bison at the North Carolina Zoo. In the video, Calf can be seen galloping and bucking across an open prairie, before dropping to the ground and rolling around in chewed-up grass and mud. The video gained 100,000 views about 24 hours after it was first posted.
